Tim Cook thinks that people should be skeptical of large companies (including Apple) and believes that privacy is a fundamental human right.

Cook goes into some detail about the Apple business model (sell devices, not data) and embraces the philosophy that an individual’s privacy is a fundamental right.

Cook goes further to suggest that the current “Big Data” business model of harvesting user information will shape future human behavior for the worst when it comes to people exercising their right to free expression.
